WALLFLEX SPRAYPRO is a polyurethane system composed of: polyol part (POLY component) and isocyanate part (IZO component). Each of the ingredients is a liquid and has different parameters. Component A with higher viscosity is dark, while component B with higher density is brown. The excellent insulating properties of the foam were achieved through the use of HFO, a fourth generation foaming agent from the hydro-fluoroolefin group with low GWP = 1 and zero ozone depletion potential ODP = 0.

Through the combination and thorough mechanical mixing of the two components, a rigid (hard) foam with a closed cell structure is obtained. The system should only be treated using high pressure foaming units equipped with a foaming head. This product is a unique system designed for the production of high quality thermal insulation, applied to the interior and exterior of residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural buildings. The foam system is characterized by increased flammability parameters (flammability class E) and physicomechanical parameters which remain unchanged over time. The appropriate thickness of the insulation layer, which is also seamless, improves the energy efficiency of the entire insulated surface. In order to obtain the best insulation parameters, it is recommended to carry out all layers of insulation in one day. If the foam is exposed to direct UV radiation (sunlight), it must be properly protected.

WALLFLEX SPRAYPRO was released for sale based on the Construction Products Regulation CPR No. 305/2011 as well as the performance assessment carried out by the Building Research Institute in accordance with the harmonized European standard PN-EN 14315-1. The product has a PZH hygiene certificate as well as the CE marking confirmed by the declaration of performance issued for this product.

WALLFLEX SPRAYPRO system is used for the production of rigid (hard) foam, which is also a spray thermal insulator applied directly to the surface of walls (interior and exterior) and ceilings regardless of the building material from which it is made. is made.
