ACTIVE EVOLVE AV is a polyether prepolymer based on high functionality (>2.5) polymer MDI. The product is a one-part polyurethane adhesive in the form of a clear, amber liquid. It is characterized by a viscosity of 1000-3000 mPas at temp. 25°C, with an NCO group content of between 10.0 and 12.5%.

ACTIVE EVOLVE AV is a raw material dedicated to the production of cold and hot molded elements from SBR rubber granules also obtained in the recycling process.

ACTIVE EVOLVE AV is a prepolymer dedicated to bonding black SBR granules also from the recycling of crushed used car tires.

SBR pellets are obtained by cutting car tires. It is characterized by its black color, its high resistance to abrasion and bad weather. It dampens sound brilliantly, is safe, flexible and does not absorb water. As a result, it is used in sports and leisure constructions to create safe surfaces.

The pigmented prepolymer ACTIVE EVOLVE AV must be mixed before application. SBR granules must be moistened with prepolymer and then placed in the mold so that they harden under the influence of temperature and humidity during press operation.

The properties of the molded part (such as a plate) depend on the size and composition of the rubber granules, and the quantity of the one-part polyurethane adhesive and in the case of the molded process, it also depends on the degree of compression during hardening. The adhesive curing process takes place at temperatures of 70°C to 150°C. The choice of temperature and humidity depends on the technology applied and allows, among other things, to reduce the curing/polymerization time.

The prepolymer, combined with the SBR granules, forms a good rigid joint while preserving its elasticity. It does not contain any harmful organic solvents.

ACTIVE EVOLVE AV is designed for the production of SBR pellets, especially for the production of weights and similar products.
